I had to get a new unit. Very helpful in that process. Installing crew- Brian and Brian was great and friendly. Jacob price had to do a service call to install a part a week later. Jacob has been here 3 times within a years time and he is always nice and does great work and very knowledgeable/know his job and works very efficient. Don’t mind being ask questions. Also the office people are very nice. I would and will recommend Giles cooling and heating.
