Even was very knowledgeable, extremely nice, helped me better understand my unit and was able to answer all of my questions.
I had to get a new unit. Very helpful in that process. Installing crew- Brian and Brian was great and friendly. Jacob price had to do a service call to install a part a week later. Jacob has been here 3 times within a years time and he is always nice and does great work and very knowledgeable/know his job and works very efficient. Don’t mind being ask questions. Also the office people are very nice. I would and will recommend Giles cooling and heating.

Found unit low of Freon and replaced a bad Schaefer valve.
Completed a fall maintenance to ensure proper function for the heating cycles.
Found system not running on outside because two pole contactor and run capacitor was bad.. replaced them both and checked ref and all is good at this time..
No cooling call. Found evaporator coil frozen up due to coil being dirty. Thawed unit and Washed coil. Checked operation of cooling. All is good!
Found the blower motor not running!! Had a bad blower relay on indoor motor.. changed it and there system is back running great!!
Completed final inspection on a new unit where I checked all unit wiring, refrigerant levels, heating, cooling, emergency heat.
Found bad duel run capacitor bad and had the compressor not working.. changed it out and changed ref and all is good at this time!!
Replaced a burnt breaker that was not allowing power to the condenser unit.
Found flare on the txv leaking. Re-made the flare, leak checked and got the customers unit back cooling properly.
Found and replaced a bad capacitor that was keeping the condenser fan from running.
Found that both outdoor units were not coming on. So I tested the capacitors and both were bad. Replaced both of and the house is cooling down properly.
Customer said the unit was not blowing any air out the vents. I tested the blower control board and it was bad. So I replaced it and everything is cooling properly!
Found the indoor unit was freezing up it was low of refrigerant and has a leaking evaporator coil customer decided to go with a new A/C system.
When I went out yesterday the customer said the unit was not cooling tested and found that the breaker was bad replaced it and everything is cooling fine!
