I had to get a new unit. Very helpful in that process. Installing crew- Brian and Brian was great and friendly. Jacob price had to do a service call to install a part a week later. Jacob has been here 3 times within a years time and he is always nice and does great work and very knowledgeable/know his job and works very efficient. Don’t mind being ask questions. Also the office people are very nice. I would and will recommend Giles cooling and heating.

Replaced a bad condenser unit
Completed preventative maintenance.
Found a unit low of refrigerant. Shrader valve was leaking and upon removal the seals were dry rotten. Recharged system and checked all other unit operation
Completed service and check on 2 systems. All unit operation , electrical, and refrigerator checked okay at this time.
Replaced a thermostat with a bad led screen. After wiring the new thermostat I checked all unit operation to ensure I had it set up correctly.
Completed a spring maintenance
Repaired thermostat wires that had been chewed by a dog.
Replaced condenser fan motor that I found bad while completing a preventative maintenance.
Found and replaced a cracked condenser fan blade.
Checked electrical panels, cleared condensate drain, checked thermostat operation, filter, and cleaned condenser coils. This was a preventative maintenance. All operation is good and ready for summer.
Pulled a new thermostat wire on an after hours call due to being chewed and shorted.
Completed a spring service and check. This includes checking refrigerant levels, thermostat operation, electrical panels, and cleaning the condensation drain.
Found the condenser fan motor locked up. Was able to replace motor with one stocked on my truck. All operation returned to normal.
Found and replaced a contactor that had welded closed.
Found that a restrictive air filter was causing air flow issues and the furnace was cutting off on a high limit. Removed air filter and all operation returned to normal.
