I had to get a new unit. Very helpful in that process. Installing crew- Brian and Brian was great and friendly. Jacob price had to do a service call to install a part a week later. Jacob has been here 3 times within a years time and he is always nice and does great work and very knowledgeable/know his job and works very efficient. Don’t mind being ask questions. Also the office people are very nice. I would and will recommend Giles cooling and heating.

Found flare on the txv leaking. Re-made the flare, leak checked and got the customers unit back cooling properly.
Found and replaced a bad capacitor that was keeping the condenser fan from running.
Found that both outdoor units were not coming on. So I tested the capacitors and both were bad. Replaced both of and the house is cooling down properly.
Customer said the unit was not blowing any air out the vents. I tested the blower control board and it was bad. So I replaced it and everything is cooling properly!
Found the indoor unit was freezing up it was low of refrigerant and has a leaking evaporator coil customer decided to go with a new A/C system.
When I went out yesterday the customer said the unit was not cooling tested and found that the breaker was bad replaced it and everything is cooling fine!
Found and replaced a bad transformer.
Installed the new unit for the customer and it is cooling great!
Customer stated that the unit was not cooling. I found that the drain was stopped up and it fill the emergency pan full of water causing the float switch to trip. I removed all the water everything is cooling great!
Customers unit was not cooling properly, I adjusted the refrigerant charge and checked all other operation.
Replacing old compressor.
Cleaned outdoor coils and checked ref. Blowed out drain line and checking indoor coils.. check filter and thermostat.. all is ready for the summer..
Found an emergency drain Pan full and the float switch engaged. Removed water from the pan, cleared the primary drain, and checked all unit operation.
Completed final inspection on a newly installed system to make sure everything was completed properly and to answer any questions the customer had.
Customer stated that the unit was not cooling. I found the condenser motor had gone out, So I replaced it under warranty and got them back cooling again.We work on all kinds of units!
