From the time we called that our a/c was down and the fast response that they came out that same day was wonderful. We had to wait for the part to come in but, Evan informed us we had purchased the extended warranty ( which I highly recommend) and it costed us barely nothing. That it self was a Blessing. Upon arriving for the service call, I identified a blockage in the drain line, which was impeding proper system function. I explained the issue to the customer and presented our comprehensive maintenance contract as a proactive solution to prevent future problems. The customer opted for the contract, so I proceeded with a thorough maintenance check. This included inspecting and cleaning the condenser coils, checking and replacing air filters, lubricating moving parts, and ensuring all components were functioning correctly. I also tested the thermostat and electrical connections for reliability. After completing these tasks, I provided the customer with a detailed report of the maintenance performed and ensured they were fully prepared for the upcoming cooling season. The customer was satisfied with the service and the peace of mind that comes with having a maintenance contract in place.

I informed the customer about the issues and explained the importance of replacing the unit to ensure efficient operation. I scheduled the replacement for the next day, ensuring minimal disruption. Meanwhile, I performed a thorough maintenance check on the downstairs system, including cleaning the coils, lubricating the fan motor, and inspecting the thermostat.
