From the time we called that our a/c was down and the fast response that they came out that same day was wonderful. We had to wait for the part to come in but, Evan informed us we had purchased the extended warranty ( which I highly recommend) and it costed us barely nothing. That it self was a Blessing. Evan was very nice and knowledgeable & we can’t thank him enough.

Recently, I performed a comprehensive spring maintenance check on an air conditioning system, ensuring it was in optimal condition for the upcoming cooling season. I began by inspecting the entire unit, checking for any signs of wear or damage. I cleaned the condenser coils and evaporator coils to enhance efficiency and performance. I also examined and cleaned the air filters, replacing them if necessary to ensure clean air circulation. Next, I checked the thermostat settings and calibrated them for accurate temperature control. I tested the system's electrical components and refrigerant levels, topping off as needed. Finally, I inspected the drainage system to prevent clogs and leaks. The customer is now fully prepared for the cooling season, confident in the system's reliability and efficiency.

Came out for routine, spring maintenance, found bad capacitor, and also seen condensing fan motor was starting to go bad notified the customer and they wanted to proceed to go ahead and change the motor out. Change the motor out and got customer ready for the spring season.
Came out found defrost control board not sending power out to the outdoor unit causing outdoor unit not to run. Replaced defrost control board and clean condenser coil and got customer back up going today.
Came out found system low refrigerant got system charged back up also found bad capacitor and dirty convincing coil. Got the capacitor changed and condensing coil clean and got customer back going today.
Came out found system not running due to easy flow trap being stopped up cleared trap. Check refrigerant and got customer back going.
