From the time we called that our a/c was down and the fast response that they came out that same day was wonderful. We had to wait for the part to come in but, Evan informed us we had purchased the extended warranty ( which I highly recommend) and it costed us barely nothing. That it self was a Blessing. Evan was very nice and knowledgeable & we can’t thank him enough.

Came out on routine fall preventative maintenance and found system without Freon. Found stress crack in suction line off of compressor and soldered the crack up and charging unit up and making sure it operates correctly
Came out for routine fall preventative maintenance and found outdoor not running system has no Freon in it checking for leak on could have the evaporator.
Found capacitor bad in outdoor unit replaced unit is working properly
Replaced bad capacitor for this customer on her master bedroom unit.
