Technician Hunter performed the service on my units this morning and did a very thorough job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to do it correctly. He is actually the first technician to clean the coils on both units.

Jasper arrived on time and had to take apart our old unit to remove it from the attic. Then had to put together the new unit. This was a very tight space and likely extremely hot. He and is co-worker worked all day. Jasper cleaned up afterwards and went over the work that was done with me. Having to have a completely new unit installed is very costly and I am glad that Jasper was able to do the work professionally and without any issues.
