Found bad transformer and some bad thermostat wires
Responded to an emergency service call where the air conditioning system was not functioning. Upon inspection, it was determined that both the indoor and outdoor evaporator coils were leaking refrigerant. This was causing the system to be low on refrigerant, leading to inefficient cooling. Provided the customer with a detailed price quote for replacing the leaking coils and recharging the system. Additionally, the system was recharged to restore functionality, allowing the customer to use the air conditioning until they decide on the next steps. This ensured the customer could continue to enjoy a comfortable environment while they consider their options.
