Came out replaced compressor and got customer going today
Upon arrival, I assessed the Lennox system and identified that the defrost board was malfunctioning, causing operational issues. I began by carefully dismantling the system to access the defrost board. After confirming the faulty component, I ordered a replacement part and waited for its arrival. Once the new defrost board was in hand, I meticulously removed the old board and installed the new one, ensuring all connections were secure and properly aligned. I then reassembled the system and conducted a thorough test to verify that the replacement was successful. The system was functioning optimally, and I explained the process and the importance of regular maintenance to the customer. The Lennox system is now fully operational, providing reliable performance.
