Came out, found breaker, tripping for outdoor unit and found customers electrical panel. The bus bar was burning in it want to call electrician get her straightened away.

Arrived on-site and began by assessing the customer's concerns regarding their heating system. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the low-pressure switch was faulty, causing the system to malfunction. I proceeded to replace the defective low-pressure switch with a high-quality, reliable replacement part. Once the new switch was installed, I conducted a series of tests to ensure the system was functioning correctly and efficiently. The customer was informed about the issue and the solution implemented. They were satisfied with the service provided and the system was restored to optimal performance. The job was completed promptly, and the customer was able to resume normal use of their heating system.
Upon arrival, I assessed the thermostat and discovered it was unresponsive. Further investigation led to the electric heat strip contactor, where I identified a shorted 24 V coil. This issue was preventing the system from functioning correctly. I replaced the faulty contactor with a new one, ensuring all connections were secure and properly insulated. After the replacement, I tested the system to confirm that the heating element was operational. The customer was pleased to see the system restored, and the thermostat responded as expected. The job was completed efficiently, ensuring the customer's comfort was quickly restored.
Arrived on-site to inspect the package unit. Upon examination, a rubout on the suction line was identified as the issue. I carefully repaired the hole in the suction line to prevent further refrigerant leaks. After ensuring the repair was secure, I recharged the system with the appropriate refrigerant to restore optimal performance. The system was thoroughly tested to confirm it was functioning correctly. The customer was informed of the completed repairs and the system was operational, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Recently, I performed a comprehensive spring maintenance check on a heating and cooling system. This involved a thorough inspection of all components, including the air filters, coils, and electrical connections. I cleaned and replaced any dirty or damaged parts to ensure optimal performance. I also checked the thermostat functionality and calibrated it for accurate temperature control. Additionally, I tested the system's overall efficiency and made necessary adjustments to improve energy usage. The customer is now well-prepared for the upcoming cooling season, with a system that is running smoothly and efficiently.
Arrived on-site to address a small rub out in the true low copper line soldered hole. First, I carefully inspected the area to identify the issue. Next, I pulled a thorough vacuum on the system to remove any air and moisture, ensuring optimal performance. After confirming the vacuum was complete, I charged the system with the appropriate refrigerant. Throughout the process, I maintained clear communication with the customer, explaining each step and addressing any concerns. The system was successfully restored, and the customer was satisfied with the restored functionality.
