We needed a new liner due to a leak we thought we had at the end of last season. We called about 5 pool companies locally, we left 5 voicemails messages, at all 5 of these pool companies….we were not able to speak with anyone, however prior to calling them, we researched many pool companies, and we pick the top 5 we thought that had excellent reviews. After several days, not hearing from anyone, finally on a Sunday, we heard from Jarred with Sun Pool Company. Not only did Jarred call me back on a weekend, he offered to stop by and look at our pool later that day, and we live in Alabaster. Needless to say, the other 4 companies never got back with us. Jarred and his crew, installed our liner, the customer service through the process was wonderful, and we are so happy with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Sun Pool Company.
