You guys need to have dedicated people answering the phone. It took me three days and multiple calls to get a person to come out to look at my tree and the same hassle to set up an appointment to come do the job. I left messages multiple times and never had my calls returned. I was ready to go with a different company both times by the time I finally heard from you. Your employees were very professional and knowledgeable, and are the only reason I continued to use your company, they’re just let down by really difficult customer service.
