Same day service (4 hours). Very reasonable price for diagnostics and routine cleaning. Thankfully, the only “problem” was a badly neglected air filter causing compressor to shut off.

Upon arrival, a thorough inspection revealed that both the indoor evaporator coil and the outdoor condenser coil were affected. The indoor coil was impacted, while the condenser coil had sold. To address these issues, a spring maintenance plan was proposed and accepted by the customer. The maintenance plan included a detailed inspection and cleaning of both coils. Additionally, the capacitor on the outdoor unit was replaced to ensure optimal performance. Following these steps, the system was restored to full functionality, and the customer was delighted to have their cooling system back in operation.
Came out and completed spring maintenance and got customer ready for cooling season
Changing evap coil that is leaking for customer
Replaced a filter that was past due changing. Checked all electrical, refrigerant, thermostat function. Customer elected join our maintenance service plan.
Completed a preventative maintenance contract preparing for the cold weather. Checked all electrical components, heating mode of the heat pump, emergency heat, defrost mode, and the evaporator and condenser coils.
